Server
- Microsoft Windows 2003 server
- ASP.NET on IIS
- Standard Development framework: Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (C#)
- Standard Database: any ANSI SQL compliant database. Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 or later preferred.
- Can be deployed to most web hosts offering Microsoft .Net solutions (for security reasons, we only advisable this for extranet type applications or public websites)
Client
Revelate comes in two flavors: Windows and web. Some features are not available for the web version.
Windows client
- Requires Microsoft Windows 2000 or better and the .Net framework
- Written in .Net (C#)
- Complete Integration with Microsoft Office
- Standard Printed documents : HTML & Crystal Reports
- All features available
Web client
- Runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Unix
- Optimized for Internet Explorer 7.0 and Mozilla Firefox
- Internet Explorer 6.0 also supported
- DHTML / AJAX for the main interface
- Macromedia Flex for graphing (requires Flash plugin)
- Standard Printed documents : HTML & PDF
- Some features not yet available, to be integrated during the course of 2009.
