Revelate announces Enterprise Management Framework

New framework for personalized business applications enters beta phase, planned for 2006 release

Geneva, August 8th 2005. Revelate, today announced the upcoming release of the Revelate Enterprise Management Framework (Revelate EMF), a server and application framework that enables enterprise developers to rapidly create tailor-made business applications using existing tools, design patterns and infrastructure.

The extensive building blocks provided by Revelate EMF enable a wide variety of application types, covering all major aspects of an enterprise’s activity, to be generated. These include ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management), eCommerce, Accounting, Human Resource management, Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence.

Revelate EMF represents a fundamental shift from conventional enterprise management software by enabling an all-encompassing business solution to be personalized for each individual process in a matter of weeks. This contrasts with the traditional approaches of overturning corporate workflows to match the software’s methodology or developing custom database applications from scratch.

Builds on existing enterprise infrastructure and tools

Revelate EMF is powered by the Microsoft .Net framework and makes use of common Microsoft tools and applications, as such it easily integrates and builds upon existing infrastructure and know-how.

	Data is stored in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2005.
	Revelate EMF applications are generated using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2005.
	Full integration with Microsoft Office 2000 or 2003.
	Designed for use with Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 Server.
	Revelate EMF rich client applications run on Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP workstations.

Product availability

Solutions built on the Revelate EMF are currently powering select corporate customers. The commercially licensed framework will be available in early Q1 2006.
